BIREME and EIH/PAHO/WHO intensify cooperation with Cuba and outline new information products and services
Meetings focused on products and services for the “One Health” approach, as well as information and communication tools with applications in machine learning and automation. Technical visits included the National Center for Medical Sciences Information (INFOMED), the Medical Sciences Publisher (ECIMED), the National Medical Library, and the National Clinical Trials Center affiliated with Cochrane.

Wellness Week 2023 – The Care We Need, the Care We Want
In a call to society and governments, PAHO (Pan American Health Organization) urges countries to address the promotion of care as an essential aspect of human rights and social responsibility. A regional event in Colombia highlighted, among other topics, the burden on women in the social organization of care and the role of local governments in ensuring the implementation and access to healthcare policies.
